Sunrise Shell

Treasured by local Hawaiian girls (and guys) these beautiful shells were once abundant in the islands. Now they are found at depths around 30 ft below the ocean surface. They are endemic to Hawaii, known as Langfords Pectens.

The colors can range from pale yellows to oranges, reds, every color of the sunrise. There are also MOONRISE SHELLS which have dusty greens and blues along with pinks and yellows.

All are beautiful in their uniqueness, as nothing in nature is ever alike. We get our shells from local divers.
